The Best Yoga Poses for Breast Cancer Patients

I have blogged about the benefits of yoga when one is living with a breast cancer diagnosis. Another recent article from Dana Farber Cancer Institute identifies specific poses to practice.

After breast surgery, often there is tightness in the breast area, as well as under the arms. I particularly like the camel pose which helps to open the chest as shown in the diagram.
